Four-legged family members are always welcome at Edgewater at the Cove!
We accept both dogs and cats in our Oregon City apartments with an initial per pet deposit of $300 followed by a recurring monthly fee of $45/pet. Each home may have a maximum of two pets at any given time.
Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, and Wolf-hybrids. Further breed restrictions may apply.

Qualified assistance animals are not subject to these restrictions or the deposit requirements.
